A well-designed kitchen begins long before cabinets are ordered or construction starts. This questionnaire helps us understand how you live, cook, gather, store your belongings, and want your new kitchen to feel.

Your answers will guide the layout, cabinetry, storage, appliance placement, lighting, materials, and everyday functionality of your design.

Please allow approximately 15-20 minutes to complete this questionnaire. Before beginning, gather any available measurements, appliance information, inspiration photos, and photographs of your existing kitchen.
